All content included on this site, such as text, logos, graphics, images, icons, videos and digital downloads, is the property of the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Registration in a Training Program

To register in a training program, you must you must first read and agree to the stated terms and conditions and then provide some personal and contact information.  You may do so from the Register Now section for every Training program. To complete your registration you are re-directed to a separate event planning platform (eg. Eventbrite, Xing) where you must pay the respective amount prior to the program start date. See the Payment section below for more details.

Reserved seats are not guaranteed and may be forfeited at any time prior to receipt of payment.

You may enroll from the Register Now section in every Training program or contact us at marketing@cse-net.org

Payment

Payment for any of the training programs is required at least 30 days prior to the program start date. Acceptable payment methods are through Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and bank deposit. If the payment is completed through bank deposit an additional fee will be added to the training fee. You can see more information on payment methods on the Trainings page.

Enrollment and Program Confirmation

You will receive an enrollment acknowledgment via email on the day of registration. You will also receive notifications and other information.

If the training program is full, or has been rescheduled, notification of the change will be sent.

Attendant No Show

If a registered attendant fails to attend the training program, the full payment remains due and payable. No credit will be issued under these circumstances.

Cancellations/Refunds

Registrations may be cancelled and a refund will be issued only following a written request (at development2@cse-net.org) at least twenty (20) days prior to the beginning of the training. If the request is made twenty (20) days prior to the training, a 50% cancelation fee will be charged. If no request is made to CSE until or following the training, no refund will be provided.

CSE retains the right to reschedule the training. CSE will refund the training fee for trainings rescheduled up to two (2) weeks prior to the training date. CSE is not responsible for other cost on behalf of participants (travel, accommodation, etc.)

Credit Card Processing

Credit Card payments will be charged at the time of registration.

Attendants Conduct

Attendants of our Training Programs are expected to act in a professional manner to other participants, Instructors, and other guest speakers while attending a training program. This includes ensuring that you do not use improper words or behaviour and that you keep a professional and mindful attitude throughout the training program. Failure to abide by this policy may result in your dismissal from a training program and/or forfeiture of your  payment(s).

Intellectual Property

By registering for a training program or otherwise ordering a CSE service, you agree and acknowledge that CSE training materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Therefore, you cannot reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, or publicly display/perform such materials. In addition, you agree not to use the company’s training materials, including but not limited to the concepts and ideas expressed in the training, to create a competing product/service.
