CSE uses practical and innovative methodologies based on World Best Standards /Frameworks/ Guidelines that increase Stakeholder Value & brand awareness. CSE has additionally participated in the formulation of these Global Guidelines.
- CSR Self Assessment, Evaluation of Strengths & Areas for Improvement, Benchmarking (Against Global Models including UN Global Compact, GRI, EFQM framework for CSR etc )
- Social Cause Related Marketing (in cooperation with NGOs).
- Development of Effective Socially Responsible Corporate Strategy & Code of Conduct
- CSR /Sustainability Reporting development (based on best practices and international CSR models). Sustainability Reporting Evaluation & Sector benchmarking. (>>NEW)
- CSR standards Certification.
- Development of Stakeholder Scorecard (Perception Measures & KPIS that boost Stakeholder Engagement & Dialogue).
- Supporting the development of a Corporate Sustainability Centre
- Stakeholder Engagement Surveys & Risk Analysis.(>>NEW)
- Sustainability Reports verification/Assurance, including Supply Chain (According to the GRI requirements) .
- Creation of a Corporate Governance system & Assessment based on international practices/ models of Corporate Governance).
