The Centre for
Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) is committed to building partnerships with
individuals and organisations that can actively contribute to identifying new
markets and business opportunities for CSE or that can support us in the
implementation of on-going activities.
In this context,
the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) welcomes applications from
qualified individuals and/or organisations that would either like to join our
network as Registered Affiliate for exclusive co-operation on core activities
or simply be included in our External Consultants' database.
Candidates should
have at least three years international consulting, training, project management
or sales experience. They should possess theoretical skills
(preferably with postgraduate degree in a relevant area) and practical knowledge
of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/ or Sustainable Development
practices (e.g GRI, CSR programs, Environmental Management, Social Marketing,
Social Performance Measurement, Philanthropy). Candidates need to be fluent in
English (written and oral).
Registered
Affiliates
CSE invites
experts in the area of CSR and/or Sustainable Development to join a wide network
of international company affiliates by becoming a registered CSE affiliate.
Affiliation is
open to any individual or organization that has identified or is able to
identify new business opportunities for CSE, domestically or internationally,
and to those who feel they can actively contribute to the implementation of
CSE's project activities.
In particular, CSE
welcomes applications for the following core areas of activity:

Development Representatives
- Qualified
Trainers
- Experienced
Consultants
Affiliate
registration requires the development of a joint business plan and/or conclusion
of training or consultancy agreements (depending on the role of the affiliate) and
payment of a one-time registration fee, currently set at € 300 for individual affiliates and € 800 for company affiliates.
CSE matches the
commitment of its affiliates by offering back-office support, free use of all relevant support materials and a competitive
commission on successful new business recommendations as well as competitive
fees for participation in on-going CSE activities. In addition, CSE provides
registered affiliates with the opportunity to network with international
practitioners, to contribute to the development of innovative new services and
to represent CSE in new markets.

External
Consultants
Beyond its network
of registered affiliates, CSE also co-operates with external consultants, if and
when additional support is required on specific issues or in specific locations.
As we expand into new markets or adapt our products and services to changes in
the policy environment, we draw on the support offered by our external
consultants. For the same reason we maintain and regularly review a database of
potential external collaborators.
We invite all
interested parties with the above mentioned minimum qualifications to register
their contact details in our database. Should a suitable opportunity arise, we
will contact candidates on an ad-hoc basis and according to their particular
profile in order to discuss further details and to negotiate terms of
engagement.
